Supervision- for independent practitioners

Bespoke programmes facilitating and delivering Clinical, Peer and Professional Supervision, for groups and individuals.

Meaningful, evidence based and outcome driven.

Delivered in accordance with CQC, NMC and RCN recommendations and specification.

Delivered by an expert team of practitioners in a client led and individualised programme

An initial 6 month programme with scope to continue.

This programme is supported by a workbook for each person and contains engagement contracts, policy guidance, templates for learning and clear structure for 6 individual sessions.

This programme is designed to pull professionals together to share good practice, formulate learning in their area of practice and to establish a meaningful and connected working group.

This programme is available as a stand alone as well as with the facilitation option.

ADOS2 Assessment/ Play based Autism Assessments/ Observations and family interviews, working within the ADI-R Framework

Undertaking school observations of the child (Primary years), parent interviews and collecting family histories, and Health Needs Assessments (ADI-R Framework) on a contractual basis for children and young people experiencing physical health, social and emotional difficulties in different environments.

Undertaking play based assessments with children and young people within the ADOS2 framework.

Coordinating meetings with other professionals to identify concerns and underlying reason for assessment requests.

Coordinating family meetings to discuss the presenting needs- these can be physical and developmental need, social and emotional need or trauma based need.

Completing a robust and specialist assessment identifying the key areas of support required to improve outcomes for the person.

Working in a multi-agency manner ensuring all necessary elements of the person’s life are explored and captured.

Health and Social Needs Assessments; Social prescribing and report writing.

Comprehensive and robust assessments of health and social needs.

Child/ Adult and family focused.

Community based and environmentally aware.

Individual assessment or identification of need for a designated and defined population (for example a school population)

Factual, succinct, relevant and detailed reports produced.

Covering all aspects of a child’s / adults life including social, emotional and mental health needs.

Signposting and referring families for specialist services and support where necessary and supporting the family to access these services.

Supporting other disciplines to offer suitable strategies to support where appropriate.

For all assessments undertaken the 12 domains of the CHC framework are used as a guide and tool ensuring a complete and robust assessment.

Working with families post diagnosis with a neuro-diverse condition such as Autism- gathering information for them and signposting them for appropriate support.

Also working with some children post diagnosis and finding out what the diagnosis itself means for them.

Clinical Reviewing

All Clinical Review work is undertaken to meet the needs of individual organisations.

All reviews are undertaken on a case by case and contractual basis.

Currently highly skilled with Clinical Review writing for the Death in Custody service.
